Each cataract level requires a different course of action if you want to achieve success. Success is measured in six ways:
1. Slowing down the rate of growth of the cataract
2. Stopping the cataract from increasing in size
3. Reducing the size of the cataract or eliminating it

5. Avoiding or delaying the need for surgery
6. Recovering more completely if you've already had cataract surgery.
The more you do, the quicker your results could come. For example, even though you may be a level one, if you follow the recommendations for a level 2 or 3, your cataract could respond more quickly.
